I had the privilege of representing Alan Pikus and now Bob Fluet and The Q Bar against Frankie Sharp and his lawyer Joseph Dempsey.   Sharp and Dempsey filed a scandalous and highly prejudicial pleading which went viral as it was toxic in every way imaginable.   The case was ultimately dismissed against Pikus who was cleared.  Now, Fluet and The Q are suing Sharp and Dempsey for defamation and other causes of action relating to their toxic and we allege untrue allegations.   Sharp and Dempsey are now the defendants and will argue in the Appellate Division, First Department, in April 2025, for the appeals court to dismiss all claims as to them.
